Iris, Japanese wind flower and Gingko. All well known symbols in Japanese art.
I have also provided an enlarged version of the Wisteria for a cushion.
All the backgrounds are pieced differently to add more interest.
This is an organised scrap quilt, so no large quantities of any one fabric is required apart from the border. I used a variety of creams and pale greens for the backgrounds.
Overall finished size of Wall Hanging is 35” x 35” approx.
