A selection of soft colours – winter whites, pale greens and cool coffees surround the stags to make them the feature of this comforting throw.
Easy machine bonded applique and simple strip piecing bring this quilt together very quickly. I used a selection of Woven and print fabrics.
I can’t personally decide whether this will be my winter wall hanging or a throw over the back of a sofa, ready to drape around me on a chill winters evening.
Finished size 48” wide x 44” deep.
Add borders or more blocks for a larger quilt.
I shall also be making cushions as Christmas presents, using the two central stags.
