I love foundation piecing for its crisp appearance, and this simple block allowed me to create a layered three dimensional effect with these stars.
In the background we have the “Black & Grey” ** stars and then the layer over the top is a colourwash of brightly coloured stars. If you look into the design you might realise that there is a grid of “circles”. Maybe this is why I was inspired to add the circles on the border?
